Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and structured General Manager to lead our core mobility business and oversee overall business operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a seasoned commercial executive and asset lifecycle professional who can deliver P&L optimization and administrative policy precision for management and corporate board performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing multi-department workflows, organizing regional vehicle procurement tracks, updating financial tracking profiles, archiving asset records, and executing precise corporate growth pathways. - Take full ownership of the company’s operational and commercial performance across the car rental business.

- Oversee fleet utilization, performance monitoring, maintenance coordination, and operational planning.

- Previous executive leadership experience within the UAE car rental, vehicle leasing, automotive sales, or smart mobility services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and business management experience with proven commercial decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multi-tiered business operations, complex financial performance structures, and large-scale business development pipelines.
- Excellent communication, executive negotiation, and cross-functional team management skills.
- Ability to thrive and maintain control in a highly competitive, target-driven, and fast-paced business environment.
- Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of asset depreciation scales, workshop turnarounds, and vendor network pricing.
- Professional background in education regarding corporate financial structures, transport safety frameworks, consumer contract regulations, and automated rental data platforms.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, direct cross-department heads under shifting consumer market trends, and thrive in an elite Dubai commercial enterprise; immediate or short-notice availability is highly preferred.
