Job Description:
We are expanding our regional financial division and seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and structured Accountant to join our corporate accounting team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a restaurant cost controls and retail data entry specialist who can deliver cash reconciliation speed and variance tracking precision for management and brand operations performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing branch daily sales reporting tracks, organizing supplier invoice processing sequences, updating food cost tracking profiles, archiving corporate VAT documentation, and executing precise retail accounting pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in F&B Inventory Metrics, POS Ledger Balancing, and Multi-Outlet Expense Allocation and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales reporting activities and perform accurate cash reconciliation for business operations.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
- Monitor food costs, stock levels, inventory movement, and operational expenses across branches.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly closing procedures and reconciliations.
- Handle VAT-related documentation, filing, and compliance tasks according to UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding branch performance and financial tracking.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, bookkeeping, and data entry within accounting systems.
- Support management by preparing financial analysis reports and operational summaries.
- Ensure all financial records are updated, organized, and maintained with accuracy.
🔹 Requirements:
- Previous professional experience handling accounting profiles inside the UAE restaurant or multi-branch retail industry is mandatory.
- Prior accounting track record and compliance execution inside the UAE market is strictly required.
- Strong functional knowledge of modern accounting software packages and advanced Microsoft Excel arrays.
- Deep understanding of stock control guidelines, recipes valuation, food cost analysis, and decentralized branch reporting.
- Proven capability to manage multiple bookkeeping routines under compressed monthend timelines and deadlines.
- A valid UAE driving license and possession of a personal vehicle will be considered a major operational advantage.
- Strong structural organization, analytical data processing capacities, and transparent team communication skills.
- Strong knowledge base and practical exposure regarding the management of cash differences, supplier credit cycles, and digital general ledgers.
- Professional background in education regarding tax invoicing regulations, inventory audit routines, operational variance formats, and computerized ledger reconciliation.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, balance multiple outlet parameters under rapid shifting market demands, and thrive in an elite Dubai hospitality corporate division.
