Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, meticulous, and organized Admin/HR Executive to manage daily corporate workflows, employee onboarding files, and recruitment administration metrics at our main corporate offices in Tiffany Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai. This active hybrid role demands complete lifecycle control over personnel records, precise file documentation, and immediate organizational roadblock resolution to guarantee smooth operational throughput for executive management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive daily office administration workflows, clerical routines, and corporate facility management requirements.
  • Support fast-paced recruitment pipelines, coordinating candidate file sourcing, assessment tracking, and final deployment documentation.
  • Establish, organize, and govern secure physical and electronic employee records, personnel archives, and internal HR database logs.
  • Assist regional managers with internal departmental alignment, removing administrative bottlenecks to enhance workplace collaboration.
  • Draft high-priority corporate correspondence, operational data summaries, and detailed weekly human capital metric reports.
  • Ensure strict operational alignment with organizational protocols, corporate security regulations, and regional labor guidelines.
  • Maintain total, uncompromised confidentiality regarding internal executive discussions, employee salary sheets, and proprietary business archives.
  • Support executive leadership by organizing strategic internal communications, calendar activities, and day-to-day office logistics.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of a formal Bachelor’s Degree coupled with foundational computer literacy training is strictly mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience operating within human resource support, corporate administration, or recruitment agency functions.
  • Strong verbal, written, and cross-functional English communication skills; professional interpersonal capabilities are essential.
  • Demonstrated capability to multitask efficiently, prioritize heavy administrative workflows, and operate successfully against tight daily timeline quotas.
  • Deep functional knowledge of modern database tools, spreadsheet management, and standard software suites (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Possession of a valid Gulf driving license will be considered a distinct competitive advantage during selection.
  • An age profile between 30 to 35 years is preferred to align with current team structures.
