Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable, quick-thinking, and highly organized Nurse to manage daily on-site medical operations, worker health assessments, and emergency trauma treatment tracks at our active construction sectors in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highly immediate, professional first aid treatment and emergency medical care across active construction site sectors.
- Monitor, evaluate, and track the ongoing physical health conditions and fitness-for-duty metrics of our civil engineering workforce.
- Respond with absolute speed and efficiency to on-site injuries, physical accidents, and acute occupational medical emergencies.
- Establish, organize, and govern comprehensive, confidential electronic patient care files and detailed incident logging charts.
- Enforce complete alignment with municipal occupational health regulations, site safety standards, and federal environment rules.
- Coordinate seamlessly with project directors and field managers regarding localized labor welfare concerns and health conditions.
- Conduct systematic, routine physical checks, preventative health screenings, and baseline clinical medical assessments on-site.
- Manage medical supply inventories, audit trauma equipment readiness, and guarantee the absolute sterilization of clinic tools.
- Escalate severe medical trauma paths or complex occupational injuries immediately to regional hospital centers and corporate management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Possession of a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License or active eligibility status is strictly mandatory.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or formal Diploma in Nursing from an accredited academic institution is required.
- Minimum 2 years of proven full-time professional clinical nursing experience operating successfully within the UAE.
- Prior experience working inside industrial construction sites, offshore sectors, or heavy manufacturing setups is highly preferred.
- Deep structural clinical knowledge, sharp emergency assessment traits, and strong diagnostic observation skills under pressure.
