Job Description:

We are seeking energetic, highly competitive, and relationship-driven Sales and Marketing Executives to manage daily consumer client onboarding, financial account pitches, and commercial market conversion tracks at our primary offices in Dubai. This active field and office role demands complete lifecycle control over customer transaction loops, precise portfolio filing file documentation, and immediate customer objection resolution to guarantee consistent revenue velocity for executive management evaluation. It offers a spectacular platform to leverage your home-country banking background and strategic marketing education inside a fast-paced, high-exposure commercial enterprise.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire potential consumer bank clients to generate robust new financial business portfolios.
  • Build, maintain, and govern long-term professional partnerships with corporate retail accounts and prospective stakeholders.
  • Promote the company’s financial services and consumer product suites effectively to maximize institutional market share.
  • Systematically meet and exceed daily sales targets, active conversion quotas, and regional performance benchmarks.
  • Conduct structured, consultative follow-up interactions and manage ongoing client communication loops professionally.
  • Support localized field marketing operations, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives across the emirate.
  • Log, update, and maintain meticulous digital history files of client communication, account updates, and sales metrics.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal credit assessment, legal compliance, and operational onboarding wings to facilitate smooth setup.
  • Monitor regional market movements, pricing variations, and competitor product launches to optimize sales pitch strategies.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Graduation Degree with a minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience OR Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) accompanied by at least 1 year of structured banking experience within your home country.
  • Strong structural understanding of retail consumer finance, credit card or banking product operations, and customer service standards.
  • Exceptional verbal presentation skills, strong psychological persuasion traits, and natural closing capabilities.
  • Complete, uncompromised verbal and written fluency in the English language is mandatory.
  • Prior professional background or familiarity with the United Arab Emirates commercial ecosystem is highly preferred.
  • Polished, executive personal presentation combined with a highly proactive, hunter-style sales mentality.
  • Immediate availability to accept an employment offer and join the company structure will be given immediate preference.
  • Practical background in education regarding fiscal mathematics, economic indicators, retail credit parameters, and customer relationship management programs.
