🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive, full-cycle physical and digital daily attendance records for all assigned site personnel fluidly.
- Monitor, validate, and manage employee check-in and check-out ledger entries systematically to eliminate manual database gaps.
- Coordinate continuously with field supervisors and project engineering teams regarding active daily manpower counts and deployment metrics.
- Prepare, structuralize, and support highly accurate timesheet master sheets for prompt, compliant monthly payroll processing cycles.
- Identify, isolate, and report shifts or attendance discrepancies promptly to project leaders to ensure operational transparency.
- Ensure proper documentation and rigorous record-keeping of labor files in strict alignment with regional labor compliance standards.
- Cross-check field biometric terminal outputs against paper log variants to verify data integrity across all reporting tracks.
- Assist the site administration group with general logistics tracking, safety sign-in configurations, and vendor headcount updates meticulously.
🔹 Requirements:
- Prior professional experience operating as a dedicated project timekeeper or labor controller within heavy construction or oil and gas zones is preferred.
- Strong functional understanding of automated workforce attendance tracking systems, barcode entry portals, or biometric log tools.
- High technical proficiency operating standard data entry systems, reporting utilities, and complex spreadsheets (MS Excel).
- Good verbal communication, strong coordination skills, and the professional focus required to interact with multicultural site squads fluidly.
- Demonstrated capacity to work efficiently within fast-paced field environments while protecting complete accuracy across multiple shift streams.
