Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist registered nurses and multi-disciplinary medical staff fluidly in delivering comprehensive daily patient care and clinical support services.
  • Provide dignified, empathetic assistance to inpatients with personal hygiene management, mobility adjustments, feeding protocols, and general comfort needs fluidly.
  • Maintain absolute cleanliness, structural sterilization, and safety standards across all assigned patient care zones and specialized clinical wards.
  • Observe patient condition metrics continuously, identifying physiological variations and promptly reporting tracking updates to the direct nursing team.
  • Support clinical units in routine medical care activities, patient positioning loops, and general day-to-day ward operational tracking.
  • Ensure highly accurate, confidential documentation of patient care inputs in complete alignment with corporate hospital data guidelines.
  • Follow strict infection control procedures, waste segregation models, and international hospital safety protocols at all times without deviation.
