- Prepare, validate, and submit comprehensive interim payment applications systematically in strict accordance with project contract timescales.
- Evaluate, audit, and certify multi-tier subcontractor progress claims while maintaining immaculate financial records and payment tracking ledgers.
- Develop, tune, and publish detailed cost-to-complete reports to protect project budget transparency and minimize structural cost overruns.
- Monitor ongoing field development metrics closely, identifying latent commercial risks and executing proactive mitigation tracking loops to safeguard profit margins.
- Formulate detailed financial forecasts, dynamic cash flow projections, and commercial data briefs to support executive directors in strategic corporate decision-making.
- Administer all project contractual documentation, official legal correspondences, delay notices, and commercial communications with absolute accuracy.

- Possession of an accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying is mandatory.
