Job Description:
We are seeking a result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio within manpower outsourcing solutions. This role targets high-level corporate acquisition, contract negotiation, and sales funnel development to align with broader corporate management revenue directives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within manpower outsourcing and staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Generate leads through active corporate networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct client pitch meetings, structured sales negotiations, and corporate contract finalization.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment divisions to ensure service delivery excellence.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven business development background specifically within recruitment, staffing, or manpower supply sectors.
- Strong existing corporate client network and professional relationship management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related commercial education track.
- Familiarity with digital tracking tools, sales databases, and corporate Information Technology systems.
