Job Description:

These roles focus on coordinating technical assets, maintaining material margins, and managing field teams to execute complex structural fits inside fast-track commercial schedules.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support general purchasing, supply chain logistics, budget estimations, and structural execution processes aligned with the specific operational role.
• Supervise daily field activities, layout configurations, material distribution, and site workflow handovers depending on position assignment.
• Coordinate seamlessly with engineering crews, trade suppliers, sub-contractors, and corporate project directors to minimize operational friction.
• Enforce rigorous premium quality standards across structural finishes, timber fittings, custom glass components, and site safety parameters.
• Mitigate logistical risks and accelerate resource scheduling to ensure compliance with fast-track structural development deadlines.

🔹 Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven professional experience inside the active interior fit-out, corporate finishings, or architectural construction sector.
• Bachelor’s Degree or technical Diploma from an accredited civil engineering, cost analysis, or project management education institution.
• Strong technical familiarity with structural finishes, hardware materials, field execution, and complex commercial fit-out blueprints.
• Demonstrated capability to perform under tight deadlines inside fast-paced and high-pressure construction environments.
• Familiarity with digital procurement ledgers, material tracking databases, and advanced workplace Information Technology systems.
• Applicants must possess immediate availability to relocate or onboard onto active commercial sites inside the UAE.
