Job Description:
We are seeking accomplished and technically sophisticated design professionals to step into vital roles as Design Managers and Assistant Design Managers within our urban expansion division in Dubai. The positions are tailored for strategic architects and planners who possess a demonstrable history of directing complex multi-tiered teams, balancing masterplanning layouts, and managing hospitality or mixed-use pipelines from early spatial concepts through to precise construction documentation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate architectural workflows across multidisciplinary project frameworks, balancing input from MEP, structural, and civil teams.
- Supervise, review, and advance design development parameters starting from preliminary spatial concepts up to detailed execution drawings.
- Interface continuously with external specialty consultants, structural contractors, and core client representatives to maintain development alignment.
- Enforce strict design quality controls, municipal compliance metrics, and structural integrity parameters relative to specific project goals.
- Oversee the generation, compilation, and modification of architectural documentation, progress reports, and space calculations.
- Deliver professional project presentations, technical summaries, and spatial options to investment committees and public entities.
- Support resource planning, budget verification, and milestone mapping to secure timely project completions.
- Drive deep alignment across diverse assets, focusing specifically on five-star hospitality layouts, dense mixed-use towers, and macro-level masterplanning.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven practical background leading the structural design coordination of luxury hospitality assets, high-density mixed-use developments, or comprehensive masterplans.
- Extensive background navigating multidisciplinary coordination and managing technical friction between separate building fields.
- Refined stakeholder presentation instincts, paired with clear technical and narrative written communication skills.
- Prior experience operating within a world-class architectural or engineering consultancy ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher professional qualification from an accredited architecture or spatial design education institution.
- Previous geographic experience across major Middle Eastern real estate portfolios is considered a distinct advantage but is not mandatory.
- Ability to control and advance multiple high-priority building schemes concurrently within a high-performance environment.
- Familiarity with complex project tracking platforms, advanced modeling principles, and modern engineering data environments.
