Job Description:

An opening is available for a strategic and active Assistant Soft Services Manager to join the property operations division. This leadership role focuses on anchoring service provider tracking, managing complex vendor SLAs, and running daily facility operations to guarantee outstanding quality compliance and stakeholder satisfaction in Dubai, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support overall management of soft services operations within assigned commercial and residential facilities.
  • Supervise and coordinate service providers to ensure consistent on-site service quality.
  • Monitor and manage rigorous SLAs and KPIs to ensure performance standards are continuously met.
  • Ensure absolute compliance with health, safety, environmental, and facility management regulations.
  • Liaise directly with corporate clients and property stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide on-ground teams to maintain high daily operational efficiency.
  • Handle performance reporting, asset documentation, and service log tracking.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement of service delivery systems and standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of core professional experience in Facilities Management or Soft Services sectors.
  • Proven operational leadership, vendor management capabilities, and experience tracking contract KPIs.
  • Deep knowledge of regional health, municipal safety, and asset compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, client management, and structural problem-solving skills.
  • A valid United Arab Emirates driving license is mandatory for multi-site coordination.
  • Prior experience navigating property management software or integrated Information Technology CAFM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma from an approved business or technical education track.
