Operating out of Dubai, UAE, this analytical professional takes complete charge of expanding customer acquisition pipelines, monitoring digital ad returns, and aligning multi-channel storefront operations to ensure maximum market penetration.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve overall online sales performance and drive consistent revenue growth across all digital brand platforms.
  • Manage, update, and systematically optimize multi-category product listings on the web architecture and mobile applications.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor high-converting digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid and organic acquisition channels.
  • Handle targeted social media promotions, paid advertising campaigns, and interactive community audience engagement activities.
  • Analyze live sales data, customer buying behavior, and macro marketplace trends to discover untapped commercial growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal creative design, logistics warehousing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth fulfillment operations.
  • Develop, outline, and suggest modern conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance web platform performance and organic visibility.
  • Support the continuous optimization of marketing and sales processes by leveraging data-driven insights and diagnostic reporting.

  • Proven professional background working directly within eCommerce execution or digital marketing specialist roles.
  • Strong practical knowledge of online marketplace algorithms, social media marketing channels, and digital sales funnels.
  • Solid operational understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and modern web analytics tools.
  • Excellent business communication, data analysis, structural reporting, and technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to independently hit conversion targets and manage strict campaign deadlines.
  • Previous marketing experience working inside pharmacy, health, or wellness-related eCommerce setups is a distinct advantage.
  • Familiarity with localized UAE consumer buying behavior and general Middle East marketplace trends is highly preferred.
  • Linguistic ability in written or spoken Arabic is considered an asset for this regional consumer-facing assignment.
