Job Description:

We are seeking passionate, qualified female educators to fill key instructional and leadership roles across our nursery campuses in Dubai. This full-time recruitment drive covers openings for Nursery Principal, Nursery Teacher, and Arabic Teacher, focusing on executing modern early childhood curricula, leading classroom operations, and managing development track evaluations under our core group educational management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, structure, and deliver highly interactive, play-based childhood lessons aligned with EYFS standards.
• Supervise daily classroom groups, monitor developmental progress milestones, and ensure children’s holistic wellbeing.
• Manage general nursery floor operations, structural scheduling, and learning space safety based on the assigned role tier.
• Maintain a welcoming, highly structured, and nurturing environment that fosters cognitive and creative expansion.
• Conduct systematic child observations, record individual learning profiles, and formulate descriptive academic reports.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, hosting developmental feedback reviews and aligning with leadership.

🔹 Requirements:

• Principal: Master’s Degree in Education OR CACHE Level 5 Diploma combined with an accredited Bachelor’s Degree.
• Nursery Teacher: Bachelor’s Degree in Education OR CACHE Level 3 Diploma paired with an accredited Bachelor’s Degree.
• Arabic Teacher: Bachelor’s Degree in Education specializing in Arabic Language or Islamic Studies.
• Possession of mandatory UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) attested educational certificates is required.
• This specific recruitment campaign is open to female candidates only, in line with regional early childhood center regulations.
• Strong practical knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) structures, child psychology, and progressive pedagogy techniques.
