Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our corporate operations and technology division and are seeking a highly capable, strategic Digital, Data & Operations Analyst to take full ownership of internal IT systems and steer digital transformation initiatives in Dubai. Moving far beyond desktop support, this full-time role focuses on accelerating workflow automation, auditing tech infrastructure efficiency, and implementing absolute data governance frameworks under our integrated corporate management architecture.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, architect, and execute high-impact digital transformation projects to modernize internal brokerage systems and enhance overall business performance.
- Optimize and streamline complex cross-departmental operations by introducing smart technology, script automations, and custom cloud solution roadmaps.
- Manage, administer, and continuously maximize the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on SharePoint architecture, Teams protocols, and custom Power Automate workflows.
- Coordinate and align with third-party external IT vendors to guarantee rigid service level agreement (SLA) delivery, system reliability, and overall hardware/software performance.
- Ensure total corporate operational compliance with UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and Central Bank of UAE insurance regulation frameworks.
- Maintain strong, active data governance practices, securing enterprise databases and auditing data assets for complete accuracy and absolute structure integrity.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact internally, supporting day-to-day operational requests while managing foundational infrastructure stability.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or an equivalent accredited systems discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of successful, verified professional experience operating within enterprise IT, business intelligence, data analysis, or technical operations management roles.
- Prior specialized experience or operational familiarity working inside the insurance brokerage, banking, or broader UAE financial services sectors is highly advantageous.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying relational data models, systems integrations, and operational analysis dashboards inside Microsoft Excel and cloud environments.
- Strong vendor management capabilities, paired with highly polished interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to take absolute ownership of complex IT ecosystems, drive technological initiatives independently, and deliver measurable operational impact.
