Job Description:
We are executing a strategic operational appointment within our talent acquisition division and are seeking a motivated, highly organized Part-Time Recruiter to govern candidate sourcing pipelines and direct personnel screening pathways in Abu Dhabi. Moving far beyond traditional database filing, this part-time role focuses on accelerating shortlisting cycles, auditing applicant quality metrics, and maximizing placement efficiencies under our integrated staff management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Source prospective high-yield candidates through digital job portals, active professional networks, and diverse corporate recruitment channels.
- Screen incoming resumes thoroughly and evaluate individual candidate qualifications against detailed institutional requirements.
- Conduct initial telephone assessments, video interviews, and behavioral screenings to accurately judge candidate suitability.
- Coordinate directly with institutional hiring managers regarding ongoing talent needs and strategic deployment timelines.
- Maintain organized, confidential candidate databases and complete recruitment lifecycle tracking logs.
- Schedule secondary interviews, handle pipeline updates, and support general onboarding administration with high fidelity.
- Assist actively in building proactive talent pipelines for current and future specialized corporate vacancies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Diploma, or equivalent accredited qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related commercial field.
- Strong, proven baseline knowledge of modern corporate recruitment processes, talent sourcing strategies, and candidate screening procedures.
- Prior professional experience in candidate sourcing or telephone vetting is highly preferred, with a distinct advantage given to those proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying sourcing sheets, recruitment trackers, and applicant logs inside Microsoft Excel.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills paired with highly polished interpersonal relationship-building capabilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently, manage multiple active vacancy requisitions simultaneously, and operate efficiently within a part-time structure.
