Job Description:

We are executing a strategic senior appointment within our executive leadership division and are seeking an experienced, highly dynamic Head of Public Relations to govern brand reputation pipelines and direct global communication pathways in Dubai. Built for visionary media relations specialists who excel in brand orchestration and strategic message deployment, this full-time role focuses on accelerating narrative reach, auditing crisis response protocols, and maximizing stakeholder engagement under our unified corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate public relations and multi-channel communication strategies with high fidelity.
  • Manage high-profile media relations and cultivate deep, sustainable connections with journalists, publishers, and prominent healthcare partners.
  • Oversee multi-entity reputation management protocols and establish rapid crisis communication response blueprints.
  • Direct the production of high-impact press releases, monitor media coverage indices, and manage corporate promotional events and public engagements.
  • Support executive leadership with data-driven strategic communication advice, speech drafting, and position briefs.
  • Ensure absolute consistency in core brand messaging across all internal employee portals and external corporate channels.
  • Lead internal communication campaigns to optimize human capital alignment and accelerate staff engagement levels.
  • Coordinate sensitive stakeholder communications and build strategic regional partnership outreach channels.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a matching accredited discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 or more years of successful, progressive professional experience managing public relations, corporate communications, or brand portfolios inside a structured environment.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying media tracking spreadsheets, campaign reach matrices, and PR budget indices inside Microsoft Excel and modern CRM tools.
  • Proven, successful exposure handling high-stakes crisis communications and corporate reputation modeling.
  • Outstanding verbal and written bilingual communication skills, with total professional fluency in both English and Arabic being required.
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead communication teams independently, deliver impactful boardroom presentations, and interface confidently with senior public and private stakeholders under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior professional experience navigating communication channels within the healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or clinical services sector is highly preferred.
