Job Description:
We are executing a strategic operational appointment within our dining floor operations division and are seeking a confident, highly energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to govern customer service delivery pipelines and direct floor-management workflows in Abu Dhabi. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee daily front-of-house operations to preserve an immaculate, high-speed service delivery flow.
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate front-of-house service personnel, hosting teams, and table service runners.
- Enforce exceptional customer service standards and lead interactive client-relation initiatives across the dining room.
- Assist the general manager with monitoring product inventory controls, labor allocations, and operational profit targets.
- Handle challenging guest inquiries directly, resolving hospitality service-related feedback with total professional tact.
- Maintain rigorous institutional compliance with regional food hygiene, safety laws, and municipal sanitation guidelines.
- Conduct shift briefings, communicate specialized menu alterations, and track individual waitstaff compliance indices.
- Deliver insightful performance optimization logs to administrative management teams regarding daily material waste.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a matching accredited culinary service field is preferred.
- Proven verified professional management experience operating within a premium dining cafe, high-end hospitality lounge, or luxury restaurant environment.
- Advanced data literacy with practical proficiency deploying floor scheduling models, reservation calendars, and product usage logs inside Microsoft Excel and modern restaurant POS tools.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following hospitality sectors:
- Front-of-house service frameworks, sequence of service rules, and premium guest relations practices.
- Team resource allocation models, training protocols, and motivational workforce management pathways.
- Food health and safety regulations, municipal hazard analysis rules, and stock control systems.
- Commercial restaurant profitability dynamics, table turnover optimization, and shift reconciliation habits.
- Outstanding team leadership traits, multi-tasking strengths under intense pressure, a pleasant demeanor, and adaptive problem-solving skills.
