Job Description:
We are executing multiple strategic operational appointments within our guest services division and are seeking energetic, highly passionate hospitality professionals to govern customer-facing pipelines and direct food and beverage service pathways in Abu Dhabi. πΉ Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a highly memorable, interactive guest experience across the complex.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring complete accuracy inside high-volume dining environments.
- Maintain an immaculate, highly organized, and structurally safe work environment within assigned bar and dining areas.
- Support general beverage production, mixology operations, or table-service steps depending entirely on the assigned role.
- Assist senior service leads and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional floor teams to guarantee a smooth operational flow.
- Follow rigorous institutional hospitality benchmarks, uniform practices, and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
- Handle client feedback on the floor proactively, providing rapid support to optimize guest satisfaction index scores.
- Track inventory requirements, monitor product waste patterns, and update shift check-sheets for internal review.

- High School Diploma or equivalent academic baseline; a specialized vocational hospitality certification is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of verified professional experience operating in a similar high-volume hospitality, restaurant, or lounge role.
- Must be currently based inside the United Arab Emirates to facilitate immediate practical evaluations and compliance onboarding.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying floor plans, shift calendars, and order-taking tools inside modern restaurant POS networks.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following service sectors:
- Sequence of service standards, table rotation systems, and dynamic guest relationship management practices.
- Bar layout structures, inventory restocking protocols, and modern beverage assembly methods.
- Food health and safety regulations, municipal sanitation guidelines, and waste management practices.
- Team resource allocation habits, floor communication networks, and fast-paced client conflict resolution.
- Outstanding team spirit, a highly positive attitude, multi-tasking strengths under high-volume pressure, and an adaptive problem-solving mindset.
- Good verbal and written English communication habits paired with the interpersonal confidence to drive guest satisfaction in a lively entertainment environment.
