Job Description:
We are executing multiple strategic operational and technical appointments across our centralized production divisions and are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals to govern material inventory pipelines or direct architectural creative layout pathways in Dubai. Built for proactive operations or design specialists who possess a reliable track record within the regional joinery contracting sector and excel at coordinating fast-paced development cycles, these full-time roles focus on accelerating project delivery speeds, auditing warehouse transaction logs, and maximizing data accuracy parameters under our integrated corporate management framework. Candidates will be assessed for placement in one of the following specific capacities depending on matching background qualifications:
- Store Incharge
- Store Keeper
- Interior Designer
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive warehouse operations, balancing daily inventory controls, stock handling flows, and absolute material database accuracy.
- Handle the systematic receiving, tracking, secure storage, and clear issuing of project-specific architectural raw materials, site tools, and machinery assets.
- Maintain structural workplace organization across physical store rows to protect materials from damage and ensure fluid day-to-day log operations.
- Prepare innovative interior design blueprints, thematic spatial layouts, 3D presentations, and technical fabrication drawings for fit-out projects.
- Coordinate seamlessly between operational site engineers, external material suppliers, and clients to support uncompromised project execution cycles.
- Ensure accurate documentation, processing invoices, and structural reporting of live stock transactions or design iteration histories.
- Perform routine material reconciliation checks to isolate stock balance discrepancies and adjust ledger values accordingly.
- Review material specifications sheets and cross-verify physical custom joinery elements against official technical shop drawings.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a matching accredited industrial engineering field.
- A minimum of 2 to 3+ years of verified professional experience operating in warehouse logistics, stock control, or interior design drafting roles within the fit-out and joinery industry.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying inventory sheets, material receipt trackers, or professional design software.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following business sectors:
- Inventory management models, material tracking procedures, and warehouse safety methodologies.
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, and architectural design modeling techniques (applicable specifically to the Interior Designer role).
- Turnkey interior fit-out project flows, custom joinery fabrication methods, and common raw material specifications.
- Statutory reporting procedures, logistics documentation systems, and cross-departmental communication routines.
- Outstanding structural organization capabilities, sharp attention to technical details, strong multi-tasking skills, and adaptive problem-solving instincts under tight schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to cooperate effectively within a multi-disciplinary contracting team.
