  • Manage systematic corporate onboarding models to guarantee a smooth operational transition and prompt resource activation for new employees.
  • Foster positive workplace employee relations, driving proactive communication channels and resolving corporate personnel issues with absolute professionalism.
  • Oversee day-to-day internal HR operations and ensure uncompromised team compliance with established corporate rules, schedules, and operational handbooks.

  • Assist executive directors in long-term workforce capacity planning, targeted employee retention programs, and strategic team-building activities.
  • Maintain highly accurate, fully secure digital employee personnel folders, background verifications, and compliance documentation within corporate directories.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a closely matching fully accredited academic discipline is preferred.
  • Verified professional experience operating inside an active human resources management desk, senior technical recruitment role, or corporate employee relations track.
  • Advanced data literacy with extensive practical proficiency managing digital workforce records, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and metric sheets inside modern HRIS tools and Microsoft Excel.

  • Superior verbal and written English communication habits paired with exceptional stakeholder management qualities to partner smoothly with engineering and technology leads.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past leadership case reviews, compliance scenario defenses, and human resource management model assessments.
  • An elite opportunity to assume complete operational leadership over a critical tech-sector people portfolio and expand your professional profile with an innovative IT market leader.
