Job Description:

We are executing a strategic institutional appointment across multiple specialized operational divisions and are seeking driven, qualified hospitality professionals to govern large-scale food production pipelines and direct multi-tiered support service pathways for a new high-volume project in Abu Dhabi. Built for adaptable, industry-trained specialists who possess strong teamwork habits and excel at executing systematic operational workflows, these full-time project tracks focus on accelerating mass production speeds, auditing quality control repositories, and maximizing client satisfaction metrics under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, supervise, and support comprehensive daily industrial catering, remote housing operations, or camp support services based on the assigned functional role.
  • Ensure uncompromised food preparation quality, service presentation metrics, and overall customer satisfaction across all serving rotations.
  • Maintain full compliance with international safety codes, local municipality health directives, and corporate project execution standards.
  • Coordinate complex cold-chain logistics, transport allocation schedules, raw ingredient food production streams, and general administrative services.
  • Contribute actively to minimizing material waste, tracking inventory cycles, and preserving seamless workflow pipelines inside your assigned department.
  • Support general project performance metrics through proactive team collaboration, emergency troubleshooting, and disciplined professional delivery.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Certificate, Professional Diploma, Technical Trade Qualification, or a matching Bachelor’s Degree depending on the specific seniority of the position applied for.
  • Proven professional experience operating inside an active industrial kitchen, commercial catering service, remote campsite installation, or high-volume facilities management ecosystem.
  • Advanced sector literacy with a deep understanding of food-handler health codes, mass production timing models, inventory logistics sheets, and regional transport configurations.
  • Comprehensive operational knowledge across relevant industrial domains:
    • Catering operations management, mass distribution logistics, and menu yield practices.
    • Hospitality services standards, remote accommodation governance, and field welfare metrics.
    • Food production mechanics, industrial equipment deployment, and safe hot-cold storage holds.
    • QHSE standard architectures, hazard identification grids, HACCP compliance lines, and corporate safety tracking.
