Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our central hospitality project delivery division and are seeking a meticulous, technically driven Senior Hospitality Designer to govern architectural design pipelines and direct multi-disciplinary engineering coordination pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic design leaders who possess deep operational command of hospitality spatial layouts and excel at bridging the gap between artistic vision and complex MEP engineering parameters, this full-time track focuses on accelerating construction documentation speeds, auditing technical clash detection databases, and maximizing structural space utilization efficiency under our unified corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead spatial design development and architectural detailing workflows for high-end hospitality projects including hotels, luxury resorts, and premium branded residences.
- Manage the complete design lifecycle smoothly from early concept visualization stages through to final IFC construction documentation packages.
- Coordinate directly with MEP, structural engineering, and specialist multi-disciplinary project squads to guarantee complete system integration.
- Ensure absolute architectural alignment with rigid, pre-established international hospitality operator brand standards and functional spatial criteria.
- Isolate, analyze, and systematically resolve technical design clashes, spatial spatial conflicts, and on-site construction-related drawing anomalies.
- Develop high-quality, comprehensive architectural layouts, interior fit-out details, and precise technical construction drawing sets.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a closely matching fully accredited technical discipline (hospitality-focused project background is highly preferred).
- A minimum of 8 to 12+ years of verified professional experience operating a design desk or managing technical engineering coordination portfolios within a reputed consultancy, focusing explicitly on luxury hotels, resorts, wellness spaces, or upscale F&B developments.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying advanced functions in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM modeling), alongside working familiarity with Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, or V-Ray platforms.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- Hospitality design planning, guest traffic flow dynamics, back-of-house operational zoning, and public space spatial integration.
- BIM workflows, automated clash-detection methodologies, model auditing, and technical documentation standards.
- Interpretation of MEP schematics, HVAC spatial allowances, structural loading constraints, and general engineering integration.
- International luxury hospitality operator guidelines, life-safety codes, and local municipality building compliance criteria.
- Outstanding structural coordination habits, strict attention to technical drafting detail, sharp spatial problem-solving traits, and a proven ability to direct cross-functional engineering teams seamlessly.
