Job Description:
We are executing a strategic entry-level professional appointment within our central operations facility and are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Storekeeper & Maintenance Administrator to govern on-site material supply lines and direct maintenance documentation pathways in Abu Dhabi. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, update, and audit accurate material store inventories, equipment counts, and digital stock databases daily.
- Assist in receiving incoming technical supplies, verifying delivery manifests, and issuing appropriate parts or tools to field service crews.
- Maintain clear, organized, and audit-ready documentation of all store activities, equipment transactions, and maintenance schedules.
- Support the senior maintenance engineering team with general administrative coordination, tracking field team dispatches, and filing client service receipts.
- Monitor baseline warehouse stock levels continuously and prepare formal reporting alerts highlighting material shortages or upcoming purchasing needs.
- Ensure the proper physical organization, correct tagging, and safe structural storage of all incoming industrial components and safety equipment.
- Collaborate closely with internal procurement departments and multi-disciplinary field supervisors to maintain a seamless supply pipeline.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or matching technical commercial certificate from an accredited educational institution is preferred; enthusiastic freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Based in the United Arab Emirates or holding an immediate willingness to build a long-term technical operations career inside the Abu Dhabi commercial contracting sector.
- Advanced foundational data literacy with extensive practical capability deploying digital stock tracking tools, data entering records accurately, and managing operational coordination tables inside MS Excel.
- Strong, comprehensive conceptual knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- Inventory management basics, stock auditing workflows, and supply receiving protocols.
- Documentation tracking, technical record filing habits, and professional reporting formats.
- Office administration steps, coordinate schedules, and general operational support tasks.
- Safe warehouse storage methods, industrial tool categorization, and material handling compliance rules.
