Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our central project delivery division and are seeking a meticulous, site-tested Civil Engineer to govern roadway infrastructure pipelines and direct civil execution pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic field engineering leaders who possess a deep operational command of heavy civil construction supervision and excel at enforcing rigorous compliance criteria, this full-time track focuses on accelerating project milestone delivery speeds, auditing structural quality databases, and maximizing site assembly precision under our unified corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise comprehensive civil engineering layout, heavy earthworks, and sub-base road construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate productively with external institutional consultants, primary project designers, material suppliers, and specialized subcontractors.
• Review multi-layered engineering drawings, strict method statements, and technical documentation packages to guarantee immediate structural alignment.
• Manage the project RFI lifecycle meticulously, generating technical justifications and resolving site anomalies promptly.
• Enforce rigid compliance with approved structural specifications, regional safety parameters, and corporate quality assurance guidelines.
• Monitor site development velocities, tracks critical path delays, and compile analytical project updates for executive directors.
• Support the field engineering squad in inspecting materials arrivals, ensuring absolute adherence to municipal code certifications.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a fully accredited academic institution is required.
• A minimum of 6 to 10 years of verified, high-performance professional history operating a field construction desk, running site supervision portfolios, or managing civil and road infrastructure programs within the UAE construction sector.
• Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical capability interpreting structural modeling outputs, processing survey data arrays, and configuring progress summary charts inside MS Excel tables.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • Civil engineering site supervision, layout checking, earthworks mechanics, and infrastructure execution sequences.
  • Roadway infrastructure project management, material specifications, asphalt pavement rules, and structural utility lines.
  • Technical documentation control, standard RFI tracking processes, design deviation logging, and variation analysis.
  • Construction quality control parameters, concrete testing procedures, safety protocols, and local municipal compliance guidelines.
• Outstanding team-focused leadership behaviors, strict attention to engineering and geometric detail, sharp situational problem-solving skills, and a polished verbal demeanor suited for active consultant panels.
