Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our central software engineering division and are seeking an analytical, process-driven Oracle APEX Developer to govern custom application pipelines and direct enterprise asset deployment pathways in Dubai. Configured for systematic database development experts who possess a deep technical command of rapid application development modules and excel at integrating multi-tier ERP modules, this full-time track focuses on accelerating system data flows, auditing relational schemas, and maximizing software efficiency parameters under our integrated IT management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain scalable cloud applications deploying the Oracle APEX low-code framework.
• Design and implement customized business logic scripts, relational database views, and efficient SQL/PLSQL packages.
• Generate, configure, and manage dynamic corporate reports and operational data dashboards utilizing Jasper Reports 5.0.
• Support central ERP system modules, tracing data flows and managing secure third-party database integrations.
• Analyze functional enterprise requirements, converting user needs into optimized code structures and technical system maps.
• Troubleshoot database bottlenecks, execute comprehensive code testing cycles, and optimize overall web application speeds.
• Collaborate productively with web infrastructure specialists to ensure absolute security and application durability.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a matching fully accredited data science discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of verified, high-performance professional history operating an application development desk or running a software engineering portfolio specifically within an Oracle low-code environment.
• Advanced digital data literacy with extensive practical capability deploying Oracle database architectures, compiling complex PL/SQL analytical scripts, and integrating code lines inside information technology jobs systems.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • Oracle APEX framework features, page designer mechanics, universal themes, and standard deployment loops.
  • Jasper Reports 5.0 server administration, data source connection configurations, compilation models, and layout design.
  • ERP system modules, cross-functional relational database mapping, automated data feeds, and functional enterprise workflows.
  • SQL optimization protocols, relational data preservation strategies, query tuning tools, and error tracking processes.
