Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core rehabilitation services division and are seeking a meticulous, licensed Physiotherapist to govern home-based patient recovery pipelines and direct mobile therapeutic clinical pathways in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical patient assessments, analyzing mobility constraints, and formulate customized physical rehabilitation treatment plans.
- Provide high-touch, evidence-based physiotherapy and kinetic rehabilitation services directly within the patient’s home environment.
- Monitor patient recovery trajectories continuously, adjusting physical therapy techniques and tracking physiological milestone metrics.
- Educate patients, family caretakers, and domestic assistants on localized safe mobility mechanics, exercise routines, and recovery targets.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready electronic health records, diagnostic summaries, insurance progress files, and daily session documentation.
- Collaborate directly with attending family physicians, supervising medical directors, and nursing panels to synchronize comprehensive clinical care.
- Ensure absolute adherence to professional sterilization, sanitation, patient confidentiality, and safety codes during home visits.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or an equivalent fully accredited medical rehabilitation degree from a recognized institution.
- Mandatory Clinical Credential: Must hold an active, valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Licensed Physiotherapist status or a formal DHA eligibility letter.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of verified, high-performance professional clinical history operating a therapy desk or managing patient rehabilitation portfolios, with an added competitive advantage extended to candidates holding direct home healthcare sector background in the United Arab Emirates.
- Advanced medical informatics literacy with extensive practical capability manipulating mobile healthcare scheduling applications, logging data in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and organizing patient metric tables inside MS Excel grids.
