  • Maintain highly accurate physical and digital financial records, securing transaction source documents for compliance mapping.
  • Handle end-to-end accounts payable validation and accounts receivable collections processes, tracking customer payment aging.
  • Prepare structured financial statements, detailed income position charts, and regular corporate management reports for leadership.
  • Reconcile multi-currency bank accounts meticulously, identifying variance triggers and monitoring day-to-day corporate cash flows.
  • Assist with annual corporate budgeting, operational cash forecasting modules, and mid-term financial planning cycles.
  • Support general internal and external statutory audit schedules, providing well-organized documentation packs to audit panels.
  • Ensure absolute alignment with international financial reporting principles, corporate tax rules, and local commercial guidelines.
  • Contribute clear, data-backed financial analysis and ledger metrics to assist executive leaders in strategic decision-making.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related financial discipline from a fully accredited academic institution is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of verified, high-performance professional history operating a commercial corporate desk, running ledger balance tracks, or managing high-volume trading portfolios, with distinct preference given to candidates holding practical experience within the trading or fast-moving retail sectors.

    • Corporate financial reporting structures, IFRS standards compliance, cash flow mechanics, and budgetary control tracking.
    • Federal tax compliance standards, VAT filing procedures, audit trails, and transactional verification controls.
    • Office administration infrastructure, document lifecycle archiving protocols, and secure data storage models.
  • Outstanding corporate communication talents, sharp structural problem-solving habits under month-end timelines, absolute mathematical attention to detail, and readiness to deliver high-quality financial reporting on-site in Sharjah.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed monthly salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past financial portfolio defense, live ledger bookkeeping tests, and technical accounting problem-solving challenges during panel interviews.
  • An elite opportunity to capture total informational custody over the financial infrastructure of an expanding international trading operation.
