🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, evaluate, and manage highly accurate corporate financial reports, balance sheets, and profit statements.
- Handle comprehensive month-end and year-end book closure processes, adjusting journals and tracking asset depreciations.
- Oversee multi-site project accounting functions, asset capitalization milestones, and related structural development expenditures.
- Assist in corporate budgeting assemblies, market forecasting models, and deep long-term financial planning exercises.
- Ensure absolute financial alignment with international accounting standards (IFRS) and federal regulatory requirements.
- Monitor corporate financial record books continuously to maintain absolute ledger accuracy and balance data fidelity.
- Support executive management teams with targeted financial analysis reports, cash flow projections, and liquidity reporting.
- Audit property transaction escrows, rental yield tracking books, and contractor payment allocations regularly.
🔹 Requirements:
- Professional qualification status as a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or a matching Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) registration level.
- A proven, successful history running a corporate accounting desk, supervising real estate development assets, or auditing escrow financial systems, demonstrating an extensive professional background within the real estate development, property brokerage, or construction industry sectors.
- Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities generating multi-sheet financial models, formatting cash flow charts, and filtering ledger databases inside Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- Financial reporting models and core corporate accounting principles, adjusting entries, and matching concepts.
- Project accounting frameworks and capital budgeting processes, retention tracking, and work-in-progress (WIP) valuation rules.
- Regulatory compliance criteria and international accounting standards, local corporate tax variables, and VAT filings.
- Property management accounting systems, lease administration data workflows, and tenant balance validations.
- Audit preparation protocols, transaction file retention frameworks, balance sheet reconciliations, and validation trails.
