Job Description:
The Salesforce Developer will architect, customize, and configure core Salesforce modules to align with the unique operational workflows of our property division. Operating within our active IT development squad, this technical specialist will build custom Lightning components, establish API integrations with external real estate listing portals, and ensure optimal database performance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain Salesforce components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
- Support ongoing improvements and enhancements within the Salesforce platform.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Apex programming and building Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Prior experience working on Salesforce implementation projects for real estate clients or platforms is strictly mandatory.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE or possess an active, transferable UAE residency visa.
