Job Description:

The CRM & Customer Experience Professionals will operate across multiple levels to refine and run our customer engagement pipelines. Working at our Dubai headquarters, these professionals will manage client interactions using advanced CRM platforms, coordinate with internal development teams to resolve buyer inquiries, and design top-tier customer service strategies in alignment with our luxury brand standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage customer interactions through CRM systems and communication channels.
  • Support customer service operations and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support team objectives while maintaining high service standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in customer experience, CRM, contact center operations, customer service, or team leadership.
  • Prior experience with leading real estate developers, prestigious brands, luxury retail, or fashion customer service environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and enterprise contact center operations.
  • Demonstrated communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a passion for delivering luxury service.
