🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulously organized financial records and perform accurate data entry using QuickBooks.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee daily liquidity, managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions specifically for property and construction projects.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets and P&L statements, to support management decision-making.
• Audit Support: Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Bilingual Communication: Utilize fluency in Arabic and English to handle professional correspondence and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions align with UAE regulations and internal organizational policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 10 years of hands-on accounting experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the real estate or construction sectors.
• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in QuickBooks and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Language: Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Location: Candidates must be based in Abu Dhabi or be willing to relocate immediately.
