Job Description:

The Accountant will manage general ledgers using Tally ERP/Prime, handle accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations in Umm Al Quwain.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and accounts using Tally ERP/Prime.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and financial procedures.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documentation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and reports.
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, and clients regarding financial matters.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Mandatory proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime along with strong MS Excel skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT laws, bank reconciliation, and general ledger operations.
• Must be based in Umm Al Quwain or willing to relocate.
