Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager – Aftersales to join our automotive division in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can oversee daily operations and drive profitability for management and performance review. You will be responsible for improving workshop utilization, managing spare parts inventory, and collaborating with insurance companies on claims processes. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Multi-brand Service Operations and a proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets for aftersales operations to meet management and business growth objectives.
- Improve operational efficiency in Dubai by optimizing workshop utilization and ensuring 100% data integrity in service reporting.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team to focus on performance management and employee retention strategies for workshop staff.
- Drive customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS, Google Reviews) and collaborate with insurance companies to support claims processes.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to manage spare parts inventory and support high-quality service delivery standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Business Management.
- 3 to 5 years of professional GCC experience specifically in automotive aftersales operations and body repair centers.
- Strong background in management of multi-brand workshops and dealing with automobile insurance companies in the UAE.
- Professional background in education or training regarding quality control standards and customer-centric service delivery.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, lead large teams, and drive revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage complex service workflows in a competitive Dubai market.
