Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Proactively identify and acquire new corporate accounts to expand the exchange’s footprint in the B2B forex segment.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture high-level partnerships with corporate finance departments and institutional stakeholders.
- Product Promotion: Present and sell specialized corporate forex products, including bulk remittances and tailored exchange rate solutions.
- Strategic Growth: Align business development activities with company-wide objectives to drive revenue and market share.
- Onboarding Coordination: Liaise with internal compliance and operations teams to ensure a seamless and professional onboarding experience for new corporate clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of global currency market trends and competitor activities to offer insightful advice to clients.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales is an advantage, particularly within the Forex or Banking sectors.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a “hunter” mindset for new business.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of corporate forex products, exchange rate mechanisms, and international payment systems.
- Attributes: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced financial environment.
