Job Description:
We are executing a strategic leadership appointment within our primary consulting and advisory division and are seeking a commercially focused, process-driven Business Setup Advisor & Corporate and Residency Services Team Lead to govern client establishment pipelines and direct multi-jurisdictional visa processing pathways in Dubai. Configured for seasoned incorporation specialists who possess deep operational command of Mainland and Free Zone licensing and excel at constructing highly efficient client service workflows, this full-time track focuses on accelerating business development outreach, auditing document compliance databases, and maximizing team delivery metrics under our integrated corporate management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Advise international investors and corporate clients on optimal Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation structures.
- Manage the complete operational lifecycle of business incorporation, regulatory licensing, and residency application pathways.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Corporate & Residency Services division to optimize delivery speed and maintain excellent service quality.
- Build and sustain long-term professional relationships with institutional clients, international founders, and key stakeholders.
- Drive strategic business development activities, identify market expansion trends, and contribute to organizational revenue objectives.
- Ensure all corporate services align strictly with updated UAE immigration laws, licensing guidelines, and federal compliance rules.
- Provide advanced guidance regarding corporate structuring, share transfers, visa categories, and post-incorporation solutions.
- Coordinate directly with government officials, economic departments, and external free zone authorities to resolve processing roadblocks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Law, or a closely matching fully accredited commercial discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of verified professional experience leading a corporate services desk or business setup portfolio inside the UAE marketplace.
- Advanced technical data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying client relationship management databases, government portal tracking systems, and digital compliance workflows.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation regulations, legal forms, and licensing criteria.
- Investor visas, Golden Visas, corporate residency solutions, and general immigration processes.
- Corporate management services, anti-money laundering compliance, and economic substance rules.
- Sales pipeline tracking, B2B negotiation tactics, and business development operations.
- Outstanding team management habits, sharp strategic problem-solving traits, a commercial mindset, and the capacity to coordinate with senior government stakeholders seamlessly.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication habits are required; additional European language skills are a strong advantage to support our core client base, and European nationals are highly encouraged to apply.
