Cashier – Dubai, UAE | Le Chocola LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Processing: Manage all cash and credit card transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide a professional checkout experience consistent with a premium chocolate brand.
• Cash Management: Handle cash floats, perform end-of-shift reconciliations, and ensure the cash drawer is balanced daily.
• Product Knowledge: Assist customers with basic inquiries regarding products, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Order Integrity: Scan items carefully, ensuring all prices and quantities are correct before finalizing payments.
• Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked checkout area to ensure operational efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in a Cashier or similar customer-facing role within the Retail or F&B sector.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Efficiency: Ability to remain calm and work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
• Education: Diploma or Certificate holder in any relevant field.
• Availability: Must be available to join immediately (UAE-based candidates preferred).
• Aptitude: Basic mathematical skills and high attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
