Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to support our Dubai branch operations. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can effectively manage currency exchange transactions and assist clients with remittance inquiries. You will be responsible for ensuring numerical accuracy in cash handling, maintaining strict KYC/AML compliance, and balancing daily tills for management review. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in banking or money exchange who thrives in a high-volume financial environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Process foreign currency exchange and international money transfers to drive sales of our financial offerings.
  • Provide expert guidance on exchange rates and remittance services while maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML regulatory procedures for all transactions.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding compliance training and customer service performance benchmarks.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools and financial software to maintain accurate transaction records and documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in customer service within the financial services or banking sector.
  • Proven background in money exchange, remittance, or cash handling environments.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC and regulatory compliance procedures in the UAE.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding financial integrity and anti-money laundering standards.
  • Exceptional numerical accuracy and the ability to manage management of customer concerns professionally.
