Job Description:

Open Positions & Specialized Profiles:

  • FM Engineer: Focuses on supervising MEP asset lifecycles, monitoring complex central plant configurations, tracking service level agreements (SLAs), and engineering optimized energy conservation solutions.
  • CAFM Coordinator: Operates as the central hub for our enterprise facility management Information Technology network, governing accurate asset logging, data sanitization, preventative maintenance scheduling pipelines, and helpdesk tracking analytics.
  • FM Supervisors: Directs daily physical workforce deployments, inspecting multi-site maintenance projects, validating subcontractor service delivery quality, and enforcing field safety protocols.
  • Technicians (HVAC / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil): Drives practical, hands-on corrective maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, preventative lubrication workflows, and immediate utility bottleneck resolution.
  • Support Staff: Coordinates front-line service requests, assisting with facility administrative logistics, managing materials tracking indices, and securing tenant satisfaction.

  • Execute role-specific operational duties tied closely to general facilities management, systemic upkeep, or physical trade interventions.
  • Ensure the continuous, flawless operation of intricate building management systems, HVAC chillers, low-voltage panels, and domestic plumbing infrastructures.
  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance cycles alongside reactive corrective work orders generated via CAFM pipelines.
