Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator (Warehouse) to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is a hybrid of digital administration and physical stock management, making it ideal for a professional who enjoys a fast-paced operational environment. You will be responsible for managing product lifecycles on major platforms like Amazon and Noon, ensuring that our digital storefronts accurately reflect our physical warehouse reality. We are seeking a candidate who can navigate seller dashboards with ease while also taking an active role in stock verification and physical inventory checks. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain deeper exposure to the entire e-commerce supply chain in the UAE.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and regularly optimize product listings on Amazon and Noon seller platforms.
- Process daily customer orders, manage returns, and maintain accurate digital inventory records.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to monitor and document daily stock movements.
- Conduct regular physical inspections of items and verify stock availability at the ground level.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records to eliminate discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
- Prepare operational and inventory reports for the management team using Microsoft Excel.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding warehouse safety protocols and seasonal staffing needs.
- Utilize Information Technology tools to ensure timely dispatch and proper documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in UAE e-commerce operations.
- Practical proficiency in using Amazon and Noon seller dashboards.
- High level of proficiency in IT tools, specifically Microsoft Excel for data tracking.
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes, SKU management, and inventory control.
- Willingness to handle both administrative system tasks and physical stock handling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with management and site staff.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
