Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Events Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can lead end-to-end planning for management and luxury brand review. You will be responsible for organizing premium events, overseeing complex logistics for multiple simultaneous projects, and ensuring all executions reflect the high-quality standards of our clients. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of luxury events to meet management and client concept targets.
- Coordinate and manage a global network of suppliers and service providers in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in logistics and scheduling.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met with exceptional quality standards.
- Oversee on-site coordination for multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources with high attention to detail.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain accurate event records and ensure all projects reflect the specific brand identity of the luxury segment.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Event Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience specifically within Luxury, Fashion, or High-End Lifestyle event management.
- Strong background in management of complex logistics, vendor networks, and simultaneous project delivery.
- Professional background in education or training regarding luxury brand identity and high-end supplier networking.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, creative leadership, and efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle high-pressure project demands in the heart of Dubai.
