Job Description:
GCC Solutions is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to direct its financial operations in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this financial leader will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, direct cash flow planning, supervise payroll administration, develop budgets and financial forecasts, ensure statutory compliance, and mentor the finance team while advising senior leadership on strategic commercial growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure effective financial management.
- Supervise payroll processing and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while supporting business strategy and decision-making.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline; professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA) are considered a distinct advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Strong expertise in cash flow management, corporate financial planning, payroll administration, and budgeting.
- Proven knowledge of statutory compliance, financial reporting, and accounting management practices.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, team mentorship, and executive communication abilities.
