- Lead group-wide financial planning architectures, capital structures, and strategic fiscal expansion initiatives.
- Oversee consolidated budgeting processes, rolling multi-year forecasts, and comprehensive corporate performance reporting structures.
- Enforce rigid compliance with regional tax guidelines, corporate legislation, and internal governance frameworks.
- Manage complex financial control layers, executing predictive risk management steps and institutional asset safety guidelines.
- Analyze multi-entity variance trends, tracing project profitability metrics and delivering executive summaries to senior directors.
- Support large-scale acquisition paths, evaluating property investment proposals and guiding commercial scaling choices.
- Coordinate directly with external audit panels, RERA project inspectors, and primary commercial banking partners.
- Optimize operational cash flow loops, supervising escrow account structures and debt servicing ratios across portfolios.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Corporate Accounting, Commerce, or a matching fully accredited business management trade field is preferred; professional credentials like CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA will be treated as a major competitive asset.
- Proven professional history operating a senior financial desk or managing an executive corporate accounting portfolio, explicitly showing success within the Dubai real estate marketplace, asset development fields, or large property management groups.
- Advanced digital data literacy with extensive practical capability executing complex multi-entity consolidation software, generating financial dash summaries, and building predictive macro models inside MS Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
- Financial planning methodologies, corporate portfolio analysis, and capital structure tracking.
- Real estate escrow regulations, property percentage-of-completion rules, and localized RERA framework compliance.
- Advanced corporate budgeting, rolling cash flow forecasting, and consolidated multi-currency reporting.
- Corporate governance controls, structural risk evaluation, external audit coordination, and strategic asset optimization paths.
- Outstanding team leadership habits, strict attention to fiscal and numerical detail, sharp decision-making capabilities under commercial pressure, and an articulate, boardroom-ready communication baseline.
