Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Helpdesk / CAFM Coordinator to join our operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can oversee incoming service requests and ensure efficient communication between maintenance teams for management review. You will be responsible for monitoring the helpdesk system, tracking service tickets, and ensuring all tasks are completed within established service level agreements (SLAs). We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in Information Technology ticketing systems and facilities coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming support requests through the central helpdesk system in Abu Dhabi.
- Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams to ensure the timely resolution of facility-related issues for management oversight.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team scheduling, technical training updates, and operational reporting protocols.
- Track service tickets and perform rigorous follow-ups to ensure all tasks meet specific service level agreements.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain accurate documentation of support requests and technical resolutions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Facilities Management, or a relevant academic discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience specifically in helpdesk support or CAFM coordination roles.
- Strong background in management of ticketing systems, task prioritization, and operational request workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE facilities standards and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi work environment.
- Proficiency in Information Technology and helpdesk management software is highly preferred.
