Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core soft services division and are seeking an experienced, operationally authoritative Housekeeping Supervisor to govern daily sanitization pipelines and direct cleaning workforce activities in Abu Dhabi. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily site housekeeping operations and complex soft services routines.
• Monitor field housekeeping personnel closely to ensure the highest international standards of deep cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Assign specific zone duties and oversee the meticulous completion of daily floor care and general housekeeping tasks.
• Conduct routine quality inspections, site validation audits, and room readiness checks to maintain top tier service standards.
• Ensure total team compliance with internal company policies, environmental safety mandates, and official operational procedures.
• Support the continuous technical training, safety induction, and professional guidance of junior cleaning team members.
• Maintain clear, effective communication loops with senior operations management and cross-functional facilities maintenance teams.
• Address daily housekeeping issues, room discrepancies, and material shortfalls promptly to ensure rapid structural resolution.

🔹 Requirements:

• Hotel Management Degree or an equivalent accredited professional qualification in Hospitality Management or Corporate Facility Services.
• A minimum of 3 years of verified, high-performance professional history operating as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Soft Services Team Leader inside the GCC region, demonstrating immediate availability to join operational setups in Abu Dhabi. Highly preferred candidates will possess valid British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) certifications.
• Advanced digital workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities tracking staff attendance charts, inventory usage sheets, and formatting site inspection logs inside Microsoft Excel.
• Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
  • Housekeeping operations and deep-cleaning workflows, chemicals safety (COSHH rules), dilutions logic, and surface treatment metrics.
  • Team supervision models and soft services quality standards, shift zoning, performance evaluations, and team motivation tracks.
  • Facilities management best practices, high-traffic facility care timelines, material staging, and safety equipment operations.
  • Infection control practices, waste segregation frameworks, bio-hazard safety steps, and municipal sanitation standards.
  • Inventory management, linen tracking pipelines, machinery inspection logs, and electronic incident archiving methods.
