HR Manager – Dubai, UAE | No Competition Gaming Studio

Company Overview:

No Competition Gaming Studio is an independent mobile game development company based in Dubai, creating innovative digital games and scaling its studio operations across the UAE creative and tech sectors.

Job Description:

The HR Manager will establish and lead the human resources department, oversee employee lifecycle management, handle visa processing, and collaborate directly with senior studio management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and document HR policies, internal procedures, and the employee handbook.
• Manage the complete visa and immigration process for employees and their dependants.
• Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, clearances, and final settlements.
• Coordinate with the finance/accounting team on monthly payroll, WPS, and end-of-service benefit calculations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and other employment requirements.
• Support recruitment and hiring activities as the company continues to expand.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Human Resources within the UAE.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law, employment regulations, and visa processing.
• Experience designing and implementing HR policies and operational processes.
• Previous experience in a startup or rapidly growing business is an advantage.
• Experience in gaming, technology, or creative industries is a plus.
