Job Description:

The Quantity Surveyor will manage cost estimation, prepare BOQs, evaluate variations, and support project cost control in close collaboration with the site engineering and management teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Monitor project costs and support effective cost control procedures.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and additional works during project execution.
• Review project documents and coordinate with engineering and project teams.
• Prepare cost reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Assist in ensuring projects remain within approved budgets.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction or MEP industry.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
