Zaid Group is a leading commercial landscaping contractor in Dubai, executing major highway, park, and live-road landscaping projects.

Job Description:

The HSE Officer will enforce road safety measures, conduct site safety inductions, perform risk assessments, and maintain HSE files for live-road landscaping in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across active landscaping work sites.
• Implement live-road traffic safety management and worker protection protocols.
• Conduct safety inductions, daily toolbox talks, and risk assessments for field staff.
• Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards and enforce personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Prepare and maintain accurate HSE reports, accident records, and compliance files.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Environmental Health.
• 1 to 3 years of GCC safety officer experience.
• Mandatory experience working on live-road or infrastructure project sites.
• Landscaping project experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, hazard identification, and safety reporting skills.
