Job Description:

The Hygiene Officer will enforce food safety practices, conduct HACCP audits, monitor kitchen sanitation, and ensure ISO compliance in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor food safety and hygiene practices across kitchen, storage, and catering areas.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems, and ISO standards.
• Conduct internal hygiene inspections, temperature checks, and food safety audits.
• Maintain detailed hygiene logs, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with catering managers and kitchen staff to maintain sanitary standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Management, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in catering, food production, or hospitality operations.
• Solid understanding of HACCP principles, food safety rules, and ISO audits.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; proficient in MS Office.
• Locally available in the UAE with immediate joining capability.
