Job Description:
We are currently hiring for multiple positions across our retail operations in Dubai. These roles are fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring professionals who can efficiently manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflows for management and sales review. We are seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager, FMCG Incharge, and Department Supervisors for Delicatessen, Fishery, and Stationery. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Hypermarket Operations and a proactive approach to team leadership. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within assigned departments or showroom areas to meet management sales targets.
- Manage stock levels, inventory control, and product merchandising in Dubai to ensure high standards of presentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and floor teams to supervise and guide staff toward efficient performance.
- Monitor sales performance and departmental targets to ensure 100% data integrity and business growth.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track inventory and maintain compliance with retail standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically within retail or hypermarket operations.
- Strong background in management of teams, inventory control, and high-volume customer service.
- Professional background in education or training regarding retail presentation and merchandising standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a detail-oriented approach in the UAE.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
